TSM Studio
Schedule Results data has wrong column types for Actual Start Time and End Time fields and occasionaly displays a currupt index in datatable error message. This has been resolved in 2.8.7.1
Some Dataviews are not showing data in the last column, this has been resolved in 2.8.7.1
TSM Studio Server
Automated Vaulting not correctly identifing volumes in use when ejecting tape to ACSLS library
TSM Studio Server may crash with an out of memory issue, this is caused by a new feature in 2.8.7.0 that allows the queuing of alerts and collections when a TSM Server is not contactable. If the TSM Server is down for an extended period then this queue will eventually use all available memory for the process and crash. There are a number of way to resolve this
- Upgrade to 2.8.7.2 in our pre-release area, this version as an upper limit on the size of the Deferred Queue to stop it growing in an un-controlled fashion
- Resolve the issue with the TSM Server so the collections and alerts can run
- Put the TSM Server in maintenace mode in TSM Studio Server to stop TSM Studio Server collecting data or running alerts against that TSM Server
