Dataviews are our view into your TSM Environment. Basically Dataviews are Excel like grids that display the TSM Objects. Dataviews can display TSM data from multiple TSM Servers providing a greater view of your environment and each Dataview has context sensitive menus that allow you easily manipulate multiple  objects with a simple click of the mouse.

Each Dataview has the following common features

Copy to Clipboard

Refresh 

Timer ( option to automatically refresh the data on a given interval ) 

Add of Remove TSM Servers from the Dataview

Display the Command that produced the data

Export to PDF, Excel, XML and many other formats

Modify column headings and data format

Data Grouping. Filtering and Summarizing

Report Designer  ( Create and view reports based on the data in the Dataview )

Save Current Filter

Load Filter

Delete Filter
